Improve Health by Advancing Justice

Upper Midwest Healthcare Legal Partnership Learning Collaborative

Helping people by integrating legal services into healthcare delivery

We are a growing group of healthcare and legal champions who collaborate to improve health by advancing justice. Specifically, Healthcare Legal Partnerships (HLPs) integrate legal services into healthcare delivery to help people facing crises that harm health.

As a regional network, we build on the expertise, knowledge and resources in our communities. We facilitate the success of our champions, and the patients we partner to serve, through regular collaboration, continuous development and joint advocacy.

Building on success, we go forward together to advance health equity by changing negative social determinants to positive ones.
